  15. Atromitos888 says:

So the engines at 58K can rip the tarmac but not cause the wings to snap or the wheels to break. Interesting.

  16. TheKelvinater says:

GE – Virgin Atlantic don’t have any RRs in their fleet.

  17. rickyo007 says:

I fly these aircrafts on a daily basis and boy is the 747 an awesome piece of flying equipment!

  18. airplanekid94 says:

So much Loss (cars and Fuel) Stop all this we have to pay more to run our own Car In India.

  22. JerryTheEagle says:

I say that Virgin 747(like the one of this video) doesn’t use RR engines. Sorry I don’t know this system, I usually talk about engines with kN or Tones of thrust…

  23. raikkonen85 says:

emm are you saying they do or dont use RR? cause 58000lbs of therust would indicate RR. i was only going by satst and not looks

  24. JerryTheEagle says:

No. Try to take a look to a BA 747-400, they use RR RB211 engines and I think you easily see the difference between these two kind of engines…

  25. JerryTheEagle says:

Nope. The Rolls Royce RB211’s nozzle is very different than this ones. Try to search on “google-images”;)
