the Department of Science and Technology in the Philippines is a farce. Why? Even if there are numerous inventions of Filipinos from students, amateurs and some professionals that could have been or give the Philippines a mark in Science Community worldwide, the government still doesn’t give support to their endeavors. We have so much suger cane here, located in Negros, Philippines but still water is more available and free for everyone rich or poor to use. We just need a car that can run in water and thats it no carbon pollutants. Zero emission.
