A working scale model of a Proton exchange membrane (PEM) Water Fuel Cell that uses the Hydrogen from Water to produce Electricity which in return is used to power an electric car motor. The Electrolysis procedure uses Solar power to disassociate the Hydrogen and Oxygen from water, the Hydrogen is then pumped into the Proton Exchange Membrane which produces electricity and powers Electric Car, Or any Electrical Device for that Matter.     You can get them online, I have 2 different ones (This one and another different unit)

    Google “H-Racer Hydrogen Toy Cars” or something around those lines
